Inspection on Delivery
Inspection on delivery is available. You can open and try on your order while the courier is still present.
The courier will wait 5 to 10 minutes for you to check and try the item.
If the item doesn't fit or isn't suitable, you can hand it back to the courier on the spot.
In that case, you will only be required to pay the shipping fee.
Please make sure to check your order carefully upon delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, while the courier is still present. Returns are not accepted after the courier leaves.
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
In case of a return or exchange, the shipping fee is paid by the customer.
